About 6 years ago my life changed for the better. Simply because from the warnings of the physical symptoms I experienced that were quite abnormal for me, causing me to have to see multiple doctors to determine my diagnosis, it was at that moment I told myself from here on out I will live my life to the fullest. So I traveled, stayed outdoors more, laughed a lot harder, took risks and decided to live outside my comfort zone.
No longer did I left the little things cause me stress, and make bad-tempered. I channeled the moments of any defeats or annoyance with positive experiences that I can cherish and re-experience over the long-term.
So my message to you, especially during the world's challenge right now, take on the little experiences that will bring you happiness. You'll feel better and will have more confidence to go after what may have once seemed scary, because you no longer let things get to you or negatively affect you.
