Techy with Fashion Expertise Brings Women's Athleisure Clothing to Wheaton, IL 

Brittany Johnson, the Founder of seeing thngs started the brand to offer a clean unique design to help women embrace their differences. A background in Tech, PR, Marketing and Fashion Retail, her journey has been critical in setting the vision for this distinct yet remarkable brand.

Brittany was born and raised in Chicago, IL and later attended Purdue University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in PR/Communication and quickly immersed herself in the fashion industry: working events, writing fashion articles, and helping clients build exposure through public relations and marketing efforts. She later received a Master’s Degree in Business from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and continued working as a Product Manager in tech for Fortune 10 companies such as CVS, Walgreens, and GE where she managed product development and product launch strategies. 

While developing her expertise for 17 years, she traveled to various countries such as Morocco, and Vietnam, becoming an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast; and appreciating the textile process to develop clothing. Those moments of mental clarity and closeness with nature made her realize something she always enjoyed and was good at: pairing different styles that others couldn't see with daring colors and patterns, which complimented her knack for creativity.

Late winter of 2019 she decided to pursue her extended passion and began developing her very own brand. She currently lives in the Suburb of Chicago, Wheaton, IL where she operates seeing thngs and looks forward to bringing her experiences and creativity to help women embrace their uniqueness.
