My name is Alazne and I love lifting double my weight. I discovered the gym when I was looking for different ways to be active. I was a semi-professional football player back in Spain. When I came to London I put on lots of weight due to lack of exercise.
Once I lost weight, I was ready to build some muscle. I had no idea what I was doing, but with time and practice, I found a new passion. I became a Personal Trainer and now I am enjoying helping females to fall in love with exercising and achieving the best version of themselves.
